When we realized we were moving to Virginia we knew we needed a realtor who could help us meet our family´s needs. After reading Jack and Julia´s bio we knew they were the ones for us. Shortly after emailing them I received a call from them. They were very personable. This was very important to us since we have three children two of which have autism. Jack and Julia were able to inform us about resources and schools that would meet our goals for our children´s education. They were in daily contact with us and answered any questions we had early in the morning or late at night. They are a wealth of information on the community and state. This is so important especially when you are coming from a small town. In addition they were able to give us sound advice regarding selling our home in our previous state, which made our move much easier. Julia and Jack were constantly working for us to find us the best home for our family. Listening carefully and understanding our dreams they went to work and found exactly our dream home. Dear Ms. Dougherty,
We would like to provide some additional comments about Julia McNulty that we did not
have room for in the survey. We selected Julia from a list of agents that I personally
interviewed because of her extensive knowledge of area builders and the real-estate
market. When we chose Julia, we had no idea how important her expertise and abilities
would be. We had several problems during the building process that, without Julia's
intervention, would have cost us thousands of dollars in additional costs. Julia was
always there to provide an appropriate professional response. Her extensive contacts in
the construction and real-estate market as well as her integrity with the builder and other
real-estate agencies provided us with a sense of security that allowed us to continue the
process in what seemed like some no win situations.
Now that we are in our new home, some of the fears and concerns that we had seem
trivial, however, Julia was always willing to address all of our issues. In addition to her
competency and professionalism, she was very caring and concerned about us as people
(not just customers).

We want to commend Jack and Julia McNulty for the courtesy, fairness and diligence in their treatment of us while looking for a home in Williamsburg, VA
We have moved here from Massachusetts and while searching for a home viai the internet connected with several realtors in the area, without formal committal. We had been contacted by a few of them and searched listings that were provided, with no positive results. We then heard from Jack McNulty and decided to commit to him and his wife Julia. Jack presented via the phone lines as being very polite and having great charisma and knowledge of the area. We decided to travel to Williamsburg in March and in one weekend, with the help of Jack and Julia, not only visited and bonded with them but we found a new home. Jack and Julia should be complimented for their emphathy and kindness to us during this time of searching. Jack listened intently to details about our seach. He spent several days showing us properties all over Williamsburg and had great perception in realizing after much conversation what we were looking for.
He and Julia guided us to 8 Preston Grange, Williamsburg, VA the home that we were to purchase. The home has been a perfit fit and a very good value for our investment. Julia has beeen equally adept and compassionate. she spent several day with us guiding us through the process of buying a home in another state. she was extremely patient and kind when listening to all of our questions and concerns. They have proved to be an excellent and efficient team especially when working with couples and families. her professional "can-do" attitude was remarkable!
During the period from down payment through closing and beyond Jack and Julia have taken our telephone calls, rectified difficulties, and generally did what was needed to "smooth the way". Their integrity and honesty comes across plainly. They are very good at what they do and have obvious passion for their work.

When I accepted a job transfer and Maureen and I knew we needed to sell our home here in Greensprings Plantation, we knew that we needed to select a top realtor experienced in the Williamsburg market to ensure that we would get the maximum price for our home in the shortest possible time.
In our selection, we got proposals from three of the top realtors in the area. All three were in the same ballpark on recommended asking price. What held you up above the rest were your positive attitude, and your marketing approach.
