The Process is Easy

2. Who is eligible? Active Duty Military, Retired Military, Reservists/National Guard.
3. I will send you (if a buyer) a personalized packet including information on your areas of interest
and then set you up to receive automatic e-mails of new listings that fit your requirements.
Your feed back will help us to find the perfect home for you!
4. If selling your home, I will assist you in preparing your home for the market and work with you in
a personalized marketing strategy. Properties within 25 miles of military installations and priced within 5% of the market value are eligible. Prudential Towne Realty will provide you with a Home Warranty Plan for the buyer.
5. If you are purchasing a home, I will work in conjunction with NewTowne Mortgage to pre-qualify
you (of course you can still shop your loan and they will try to beat or meet any other offers)! Market places within 25 miles of military installations and priced within 5% of the market. (Williamsburg, Gloucester, Poquoson, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Smithfield.)
6. If you are buying or selling in a state other than Virginia, I can recommend a market-dominant
top agent in that area and monitor their service through the closing.
Cash Back Bonus

Restrictions:
You must be a former, active, or retired member of the Armed Forces, including Reserve, National Guard
components.
You may not have an active listing agreement or Buyer Broker Agreement with any other real estate company.
